PREVENTION

Fire Prevention aims to ensure the reliability of optimum operations against fire risk and false alarms management through the regular inspection, testing, servicing and maintenance of the various systems in place. As buildings are required by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) to obtain a Fire Certificate, BSE’s role as a fire safety company is to audit building systems by ensuring that they are in good working condition, operationally ready, and tested against regulatory practices and standards.

 

Our prevention services also include the design of systems, repair and replacement works, addition and alteration works, building portfolio management, servicing and maintenance, and fire risk compliance reviews.
